The decision follows the approval of the evaluation minutes by the Ministry of Digital Governance.

According to the published tender data, the UniSystems – OTE consortium was the sole bidder for the project. The Evaluation Committee proceeded with the electronic unsealing of technical and financial bids, confirming that all submitted documentation complied with the terms of the official tender notice.
The financial breakdown of the contract is as follows:
- The initial contract cost is set at €50.9 million (including 24% VAT).
- An option clause allows for an increase in the project's scope by an additional €51 million.
