EFA GROUP has announced a strategic investment in the Cyprus-based defense technology firm Fractal Networx Ltd, a move designed to strengthen its presence in Cyprus and foster collaboration between the defense and technology ecosystems of Greece and Cyprus. The agreement focuses on high-end defense sectors, including Electronic Warfare (EW), Command & Control (C2) systems, and Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (Counter-UAS).
Access to Mature Defense Technologies
Fractal Networx brings a portfolio of mature, proprietary products that are already in operational use. These technologies are designed to protect armed forces and critical infrastructure from both conventional and asymmetric threats. Key products in the portfolio include:
- The ORION CX software platform.
- The ALECTO EW modular system, which integrates Counter-UAS and Electronic Warfare capabilities.
Through this investment, EFA GROUP gains immediate access to these solutions, enhancing its ability to meet the growing global demand for drone countermeasures and electronic threat mitigation.
