Google is rolling out new updates to its AI Max features, designed to provide advertisers with enhanced control and more comprehensive reporting to understand campaign performance. The updates focus on expanding linguistic reach and improving data transparency.

Expansion of AI Brief

The closed beta of AI Brief is being introduced to several new languages, including Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, and Spanish. AI Brief allows advertisers to guide AI Max using their own words, providing specific context regarding their business, target audience, and core messaging strategies.

New Reporting Features in Google Ads

In addition to language expansion, Google is launching a new reporting feature within Google Ads to provide a clearer view of AI-driven performance. This update introduces a single, unified view of the Search ads journey, making it easier for users to identify:

  • Which search terms triggered specific ads.
  • Which creative assets were displayed to the user.
  • The exact landing page on the website where the user arrived.

This precise interface is intended to help businesses better understand customer interactions and validate the strategic value that AI Max brings to their marketing efforts. Google stated that further details and availability information will be shared later this year.
