The Acquisition Process
The path to full ownership began on May 13, 2026, when DNP submitted a notification regarding an irrevocable undertaking agreement. This initial deal covered 74.58% of the shares, with Nikolaos Lykos acting as the seller and Dai Nippon Printing Co., Ltd. as the buyer.
The recent surge in ownership followed the takeover bid process. On August 20, 2026, shareholders holding a further 21% stake tendered their shares. This follows a previously tendered 0.71%, bringing the total consolidated stake to the current 96.29%.
Final Requirements
According to the company, the completion of this acquisition remains subject to specific conditions and the satisfaction of applicable regulatory requirements. Settlement is expected to take place in alignment with the established terms of the takeover bid.
